Aoife grew up on a small farm in Ireland, seasonal hedgerow foraging, feeding lambs with bottles and wellies stuck in mud were the norm. 10 years ago she began a ‘secret supper club’ from her home in Dublin, feeding 14 strangers, around one big table. To further her craft, she travelled to the Ballymaloe Cookery School, not far from the wild Atlantic coast. Her time there solidified her ethos for seasonal, local and organic. Aoife has a personal interest in delicious, nourishing, healthy foods and since graduating, she has cooked throughout Europe, teaching and preparing food for a variety of clients.
