After working in the entertainment and hospitality industry for over 25 years Barney came to yoga several years ago when in search of a healthier more relaxed way of life. He was instantly hooked. Then about 5 years into his own practice, he decided to train to teach and completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training in Morocco and has since added on additional training with Norman Blair. Barney believes yoga has helped bring a calmness and balance to his life, enriching it in the process. As a passionate Yoga teacher his aim is to share this, empowering others to tune into their own mind and body, developing a feel-good practice for themselves. His teaching style is a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. He likes to take a calming approach, allowing students space to breath into postures, whilst presenting the odd challenge or two!
