Caroline Idiens

Caroline has been a personal trainer now for over 20 years. She qualified in London in 2001 and ran a PT business there for 10 years with one on one clients before moving to the country with her young family where she set up group exercise circuits locally. Her passion has always been strength training – focussing on developing workouts with resistance based exercises. She loves seeing the benefits that strength training can bring both physically as well as mentally, which becomes even more important as we get older. In the last year, she has taken her 30 minute strength workouts online (@carolinescircuits) and has seen wonderful results within her community of clients who are all fitter, stronger and more motivated about their fitness and wellbeing than ever before. She adores her job and loves to inspire others.
