Sara has been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, starting off as the chef at Finn’s on London’s Chelsea Green before branching out to do event catering for lunches and dinner parties. In 2000 she opened her own Delicatessen & Outside Catering Company off Kensington High Street which, in 2006, she sold to Otto Lenghi and moved to Winchester from where she now continues to provide catering for numerous happy clients.
