Sophia started practising Yoga in 2010 and soon found herself transforming on multiple levels, emotionally and mentally. Since it had a profound effect on her own wellbeing, she felt called to learn to teach. She studied the foundations of Yoga in Hong Kong and then in completed her advanced training in India. She has been teaching since 2015 and now teaches across studios in London.
Sophia focuses on breathing and mindfulness techniques during classes and teaches Vinyasa Flow, Meditation and traditional Hatha styles. Expect to stretch, breathe, sweat and reset in Sophia’s classes. She is particularly interested in the energy body, and the science of Yoga and manifestation. Though harnessing intention and awareness throughout the class, we quiet the mind and connect with a peaceful source inside. Beginners are always welcome and modifications are always given for all ability levels
