Steph has had a lifelong passion for food and cooking and following a career as an army officer, she now works as a freelance cook with a varied portfolio working as a private chef, a cookery teacher and a judge for the Great Taste Awards. She bases all her menus around local, seasonal ingredients and her flavours are bright and bold.
Steph is married to Nick, a farmer and agricultural journalist and they have 2 young children. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, endurance running and entertaining.
