An ex-commodities broker, she understands stress very well and works with clients to manage their energy levels, improve skin health + complexion, posture, lifts their sense of wellbeing, blast belly fat, and find easy ways of living healthfully without compromising on the demands of everyday life, whether you’re working like a superhero or a stay at home supermum. She is author of “Recipes for Life”, contributing published author of “Mastering the Commodities Markets” by the Financial Times, and you can join her on retreat or for 1:1 coaching.
