However, you can also check availability by completing our online enquiry form.
Assuming there is availability on your chosen retreat, we require a 50% deposit of the cost of your holiday and full payment for flights to confirm your Reservation. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure.
Please note that if you will be booking your holiday less than 10 weeks prior to departure, we will require the full payment of both holiday and flights at the time of booking.
During the booking process, we will take care of your flights for you, so the run up to your holiday is as smooth and stress free as possible. During this process, we will let you know the flights we are recommending for your specific retreat, provide the costs and book the flight for you.
Our flight guarantee: As part of our service, we promise to find you the cheapest flights available, ensuring you get the best deal possible. We also make absolutely no commission on booking flights and book every flight at the lowest possible rate, eliminating the hassle from booking your holiday.
All flight-inclusive wellness retreats with in:spa are financially protected by our ATOL scheme.
Payment can be made over the phone and we accept all major credit and debit cards.
When your retreat has been booked, we will provide you with booking confirmation and a retreat information pack, which includes useful contact information about the venue and a list of essentials to pack.
We will also provide you with your flight e-tickets and an ATOL certificate detailing your financial protection.
Lastly, we will send you a link to our health and fitness profile form, which should ideally be filled out as soon as possible after booking your holiday. This short form helps us to understand your current fitness level, goals and personal requirements, so we can better tailor your holiday to your specific needs.
