Soak oats overnight with delicious healthy ingredients, creating the perfect breakfast for the next morning.

Ingredients

2 Peeled and Cored Apples

1 Peeled and Cored Pear

½ Tsp Cinnamon

2 Soaked Dates

10g Chia seeds

50g Dairy Free Yoghurt

130g Gluten Free Jumbo Oats

150g Water

Method

Blend Apples, Pear, Cinnamon, Dates, Chia and Yoghurt.  Mix in Oats. Mix in Water. Leave in the fridge overnight.  Spoon into glasses to serve. Top with favourite berries, or a teaspoon of non dairy yoghurt.
