2 Cooked Beetroots

1 Peeled and Cored Apple

30g Walnuts, Soaked

10g Chia Seeds

130g Gluten Free Jumbo Oats

50g Dairy Free Yoghurt

150g Water


Blend Beets, Apple, Walnuts and Chia together. Mix in Oats and Yoghurt. Mix in Water. Leave in the fridge overnight. Spoon into glasses and top with a teaspoonful of non dairy yoghurt or berries to serve.
