Essentially three recipes in one!  Serve with healthy crackers and / or celery sticks and / or a selection of sliced vegetables.

White bean dip on a wooden serving board


  • Handful basil leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1 fresh orange
  • Kidney beans/White beans/chick peas – 1 small tin drained and washed


Pop everything in a blender to form a smooth dip.

Delicious with flax seed crackers
