Sweetheart cabbage


Cut a sweetheart cabbage into 6 pieces longways keeping the stem in tact..  Season and drizzle with olive oil or coconut oil, crushed garlic 2 cloves and a sprinkle of chilli flakes, placing on a baking sheet, or roasting tin..

Roast 180 degrees until beginning to crisp about 30 minutes.
