Nicki has always been into fitness and is passionate about helping more people create a fitness habit that lasts.

After experiencing an injury in her 20s, Nicki turned to Pilates as rehabilitation. What started as an interest soon turned into a passion. 13 years later, with a range of qualifications (Pilates machinery, mat & small equipment, pre & postnatal, barre, bands, bone health, low back pain, TRX and more) and over 10 years studio-based coaching under her belt, she is proud to have helped hundreds of clients aged from 30 to 75 to gain confidence both physically and mentally. Seeing their success encouraged Nicki to share her coaching skills with as many as possible via her app niix, which she launched over 2 years ago.

Nicki has seen how age and busy schedules are no barriers at all, if you have the right mindset and guidance. Nicki believes that it’s not about spending hours in the gym every day or endless gruelling runs. Instead she fuses the best of Pilates, strength training, resistance & cardio exercises into carefully curated classes, creating effective & efficient workouts
