Fresh hummus with parsely


  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 1 small tin chickpeas, washed


Blend to form a smooth consistency. Add chopped herbs of your choice or chilli to change flavour.
