Mackerel pate on toast

Ingredients

  • 200g smoked mackerel fillets, skin removed
  • 1 fresh lemon juice and zest
  • 4 spring onions
  • Sprigs of fresh dill
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

Put all the ingredients into a food processor, season with pepper and blend to a smooth texture.
